Share What You Love with Emerald Students! After-school clubs are some of the most popular programs we offer, but they are completely volunteer-run . To keep these opportunities available to our students, we need parents, family members, staff, and community members willing to lead a club. You don’t need to be a teacher or an expert. You simply need an interest, hobby, or skill you’d enjoy sharing with students! What Kind of Club Could You Lead? Almost anything! Pastimes and skills can become wonderful clubs, including: Crochet or knitting LEGO building Jewelry making Drawing, painting, or crafts Board games or chess Running, soccer, or other sports Science or nature Coding or technology Music, dance, or theater Cooking or baking And so much more! If students would enjoy learning or doing it, it could make a great club. How After-School Clubs Work Clubs are designed to be manageable for volunteers: Each club meets for approximately one hour after school Clubs typically run for three to four sessions You choose which grade or age group you would like to work with Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability What the PTO Provides We’ll help make running your club as easy as possible. Club volunteers receive: Reimbursement for supplies up to $100 Flexible scheduling Information and planning assistance Coordination between the school and participating families We’ll handle the behind-the-scenes communication and coordination so you can focus on sharing something fun with students. Our Clubs Need You! These clubs cannot happen without volunteers. Whether you have a longtime hobby, a professional skill, or simply an activity you love, you can create a memorable experience for Emerald students. Interested in leading an after-school club? Contact the Emerald PTO to tell us your idea and get started!

The Fun Run is back , and it’s our biggest and most important fundraiser of the year! Donations can be made online through mybooster.com . Students can earn prizes along the way while helping their school reach its fundraising goal. Students will receive wolf ears after their first donation, and if we reach our $12,000 goal, every registered student will receive a day pass to Great Wolf Lodge!! Students MUST be registered to receive this prize. Who Wo Are

The Emerald Elementary PTO is a community of families, teachers, and staff working together to make our school the best it can be. Every parent and guardian is automatically a member of the PTO, and there are no dues to join. We believe that when families and schools partner, students thrive.

The PTO supports classroom needs, builds connections through events, and helps create a welcoming school community. Whether you come to meetings, volunteer at an event, or simply stay informed, you are part of the Emerald PTO.

What We Do

The Emerald PTO helps make our school a vibrant place to learn and grow. From classroom grants and assemblies to family events, fundraisers, and staff appreciation, we support the programs that bring students, families, and teachers together. Every Popsicle on the Playground, Fun Run lap, and end-of-year BBQ happens because of PTO support.

Volunteers help with everything from classroom activities and family nights to fundraising and behind-the-scenes support. You do not need special skills or a huge time commitment to make a difference.

When you volunteer, you help create lasting memories for our students and strengthen our school community. If you would like to be part of the fun, let us know. We would love to have you join us.

Support Emerald PTO

Not every family can volunteer, and that’s okay. Another great way to support Emerald is through donations and community sponsorships. Every contribution, large or small, helps us fund classroom needs, student activities, and community events.

Your donation goes right back into our school, making a direct impact for students and teachers.
